No. 1 Alabama 45, Tennessee 7. The Crimson Tide improved to 8-0 (5-0 SEC) on the season as Bo Scarbrough ran for two touchdowns on just nine carries. Quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 13 of 21 passes for 198 yards and a touchdown. For the third straight game, Tennessee (3-4, 0-4 SEC) was unable to score an offensive touchdown. UT's lone score came on a 98-yard interception return by Daniel Bituli.
No. 21 Auburn 52, Arkansas 20. Auburn improved to 6-2 (4-1 SEC) with a dominating win at Arkansas. Jarrett Stidham completed 19 of 28 for 218 yards and an interception while Kamryn Pettway ran for 90 yards and three touchdowns. Arkansas (2-5, 0-4 SEC) has given up 141 combined points over the past three games (all losses).
No. 24 LSU 40, Ole Miss 24. The Tigers(6-2, 3-1 SEC) downed Ole Miss (3-4, 1-3 SEC) in Oxford as LSU quarterback Danny Etling completed 9 of 13 passes for 200 and two touchdowns. Rebel quarterback Shea Patterson was injured in the first half and replaced by Jordan Ta'amu who completed 7 of 11 passes for 78 yards.
Missouri 68, Idaho 21. Mizzou (2-5, 2-3 SEC) jumped out to a 51-14 halftime lead and never looked back as quarterback Drew Locke passed for 467 yards and six touchdowns.
Mississippi State 45, Kentucky 7. The Bulldogs (5-2, 2-2 SEC) got 115 yards rushing (2TD) from and 155 yards passing (TD) quarterback Nick Fitzgerald. MSU linebacker Gerri Germaine Green returned an interception for a TD. Kentucky (5-2, 2-2 SEC) was limited to just 260 yards total offense.
